Audio problems one week after buying my G70

Has anyone else had any issues with the audio/navigation/phone system. After one week of ownership, the screen turned blank while I was on the phone, and now Apple Car play will not work. I used the Apple cord and it still doesn't work. For a while my volume knob didn't work either. I have a scheduled appointment for next week.

I have not had any issues but I do have this problem in my Fiesta ST sometimes with Android auto.
Things you could try is maybe do a reset on the settings. Also sometimes the cable is the problem it may work for charging but it won't work for Android auto. I know you have Apple carplay I don't have any experience with Apple products, but I do know that sometimes the cable is the problem.

You could also just have a little bug in the system and it needs a reset.
